Khalifa University All-Terrain Hexapod

Khalifa University all-terrain hexapod is a part of ongoing research from 12 years on giant hexapods usage in rescue and disastrous missions. It occupies 6x6 meters area and weighs about 3 tons and capable of carrying 1.5 tons. Its powered by servo motors and made of high strength steel in order to navigate disasters area such as earthquakes and nuclear disasters. Advanced simulations and calculation were made to reach the best body to leg ratio to reach optimum performance and minimum loads and stresses.

Façade Cleaning Robot FCR1

StrugNova's Façade Cleaning Robot FCR1 aims to revolutionize skyscrapers cleaning once and for all. Its an industrialized robot that integrate with skyscrapers standard BMU's ropes and equipped with AI to fully operate 24/7 without human intervention. Its capable of reaching underneath sunshades and hard to reach areas due to its scissor expansion mechanism. A special rotary brush and suction squeegee are used to clean façades and exteriors.
